Plants Poisonous to your Cats, Dogs & Horses

Wow….  I had no idea that there were so many plants were poisonous to our familial pets - or at least the ones that are listed as the top three pets around the world: cats, dogs, and horses.  There are 415 plants that are poisonous to dogs (man's best friend); 422 plants that are poisonous to cats (woman's best friend); and 350 plants that are poisonous to horses, ponies, mules and any type of equine (our friends, companions, co-competitors, and working partners).
If you believe your cat, dog, or equine friend or companion has eaten a poisonous plant, there are two free Help Hotlines available 24 hours per day:  1-800-213-6680  and  1-888-426-4435.

I am listing below, the plants that are poisonous to our three main groups of animal friends. There are many plants that are poisonous to two or three of our favorite animals.
If the plant is poisonous to all three types of animals, it is listed in this font.
If the plant is poisonous to dogs and cats, it is listed in this font.
If the plant is poisonous to cats only, it is in this font.
If the plant is poisonous to dogs only, it is underlined in this font.
If the plant is poisonous to horses only it is in this font.
